Pros
Let me start off by saying working at Skell, Inc, dba Bug-A-Salt has been amazing. I have been here for just over a year and like college, you get out of it what you put into it. You will learn a lot about marketing an international brand, customer service and even world commerce. This is a place where company expectations need to come from within yourself, and if met and/or exceeded are rewarded exponentially. You will work hard, but for a small family run business, you will be compensated more than fairly and there is some flexibility on working hours depending on your position. Management is extremely accommodating in this new era of how work and life are balanced, as long as you are a team player with a solid work ethic. Mistakes happen, if you take accountability and believe in loyalty, it will also be reciprocated. The CEO and President are both extremely involved and hands on, and that matters, it shows consideration for the product and their employees which resonates throughout the company.
Cons
Some technological implementations will be required for the company to continue its skyward trajectory in sales, new customers, and international expansion. They will also need to hire some more qualified candidates with critical thinking skills as they continue to grow.
