Pros
You meet new people - high employee turn around. You won’t get fired, they are desperate for people.
Medical is cheap but you have a high co-pay.
Cons
Just believe me and take my word, you don’t want to work for this company. There are so many things wrong from how your treated as an employee to unresolved problems with their equipment failing in the San Francisco garages. Management doesn’t seem to care about the customers or employees. Your also on call 24/7, every 3 or 4 weeks and you don’t get paid for being on call until you get up and take the call. They only pay you $35 for taking the call and your regular time or overtime time.
Their equipment is very nice, probably the best in the parking market but it doesn’t work all the time, it’s just eye candy so you will be getting calls everyday.
I have met great people who works for Skidata and why they continue to work for this company and deal with the mess is beyond me.
If your desperate and need a job then this place might be for you. My advice is to keep track of your time and check your paychecks every other week. They will buckle and dime you. So many people including myself have been shorted.
