Not much except the easy application for the jobs

Their management is extremely disappointing. If you report any issue or need assistance, expect to be left on read for days or even weeks with little to no response, let alone an actual solution. For a company that charges such high placement fees to candidates, the level of service they provide is nowhere near acceptable. The placement fees we are required to pay are completely unreasonable compared to the support and professionalism they deliver. You would expect proper communication, accountability, and reliable assistance, but instead, you are met with silence and poor handling of concerns. On top of that, the contract terms are heavily one-sided and mostly benefit the company. Overall, it feels like candidates are treated as a source of revenue rather than people they are supposed to support.
