I have been working at Skill Demand full-time for over a year and have obtained multiple roles during my employment here. The room for growth within this company is exceptional, and I see long term growth and stability which is one of the biggest benefits of this job. Management has this way of making you feel comfortable when having any problems, and feel that you can approach them with anything. They also are active in identifying employee strengths and placing them in places where they could be utilized to full potential.
Cons
As I stated above, it is a benefit working for a company who will utilize your strengths and place you where you're needed. The negative aide to it is that sometimes I get lost in the transition of roles and it causes me to lose focus on my core tasks.

Supportive leadership and positive culture
Long-term stability with continuous opportunities to learn
Strong client relationships and collaborative team environment
Good work-life balance even in a fast-paced role
Cons
Fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes
Solid team of kind and supportive people, hybrid flexibility, great management, good benefits. Great mission, and it's a good place to make a real difference in the world.
Cons
Work can be emotionally exhausting (it's often more akin to being a social work than a CSR), the work can be very difficult, customers can be difficult to work with, metrics for success often feel nitpicky.
