Cons
- Poor communication, it was possible for me to go weeks without talking to anyone - Changes to processes were frequently made without notifying the teams they affected - Poor onboarding - No consistent or effective processes - Was never clear of other teams, their members and their roles, other teams never clear on what my role was - When concerns are brought up to management, they are dismissed - Very inconsistent workload, either overworked or have no work for weeks at a time, with no allowance for down time tasks - Canceled any virtual social work events we had that helped boost morale and keep employees connected with each other - No performance reviews or constructive criticism of any kind - No place for growth in my position, despite seeking for ways to improve my role - No bonuses - No consistent raises, even cost of living despite repeatedly boasting publicly about the financial success of the company - Favors AI over real human work when trying to take dense subject matter and make it engaging and memorable for their clients target audience
