Pros
Good clients, excellent process of Training and Development, loads to learn and grow as a L&D specialist, freedom given to contribute the way employee thinks is the best way, very cordial work environment
Cons
Very small team thus the work load is high, lack of a good BD team so trainers themselves are expected to close enquiries, travel reimbursements are paid only when the client releases the payment.
