My experience was great at SkillsetGroup. The company has by far the best training program I've been through for any staffing company. They invest in their employees for education, training, OSHA training, recruitment training, and provide added benefits like lunches, gym memberships, benefits, vision, dental,, etc. I rarely saw employee turnover, many people enjoyed the atmosphere

Staffing is a production based job, so there was pressure when your numbers are not being met on a consecutive basis.

Solid and stable workplace if you're personable and remember faces and names and call reliable candidates. Remember to build relationships within the community, fill your open positions, maintain names records, durations, and payroll and you will be just fine. Stable work.
