Skilled worker - Anonymous employee Skillforce (USA) Employee Review

When averaging the pay across all skill levels, our weekly pay per worker is over $20.00 an hour. Sometimes a lot more, sometimes a lot less per individual. In short, we pay for experience, skill, and performance at a market driven industry rate. Ten dollars an hour is our standard general labor or unskilled pay rate, which is actually higher than industry standard. Most general labor staffing companies pay between minimum wage to $9.00 an hour with little or no benefits. Unfortunately and as such, work can be sporadic for those considered "unskilled" in the industry. I would encourage you to ask your branch manager about our trade school tuition program. Learning a skilled trade is an excellent career path for many and ensures consistent, full time work to those who seek it at a significantly higher wage rate. Skillforce hires all its employees on a W2/I9 as a true employee, not a 1099'd independent contractor and every employee is E verified. We do not do permanent placements. In this vein, we partner with our customers to provide them the skilled tradesmen when the need them, for as long as they need them, paying all related payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance.
