Pros

Trying really hard to think of one! Hmm met some really good product designers here who have now left the company

Cons

They just con you. I had atleast 3 rounds of interviews with the same person and even after being selected and offered the position and me having accepted it; the owner that is the ceo just wanted to keep on having more rounds of discussions even before i joined. Although i did go ahead and attend meetings before my joining date being a professional. But 4 months down the line they realise they can’t afford a senior person with that big a salary although having pitched themselves as a funded startup with backup from parents. Overall i realised in my short stint that they take decisions in haste and then over think them after having taken it and then go ahead and ruin it for themselves and others as well. He has done this exact same thing for business decisions as well which impacted the business for atleast 1.5 months. If you can’t afford someone pls think it through completely before hiring not after having the person resign from their previous job and join yours and then having paid 4 pay cheques you realise this is not affordable and to top it all the unprofessionalism is so epic that they don’t give you a full due as per compensation. Initially agreed on 15 days and 7 days down the line they realise the handover is done so why pay more.. and wanted to just pay me for 7 days instead of 15 while the contract said one month.

Pros

Steep learning curve with great growth opportunities, culture is a priority hence less politics and you will get to work with genuinely driven and hard working people plus transparency on quantity and quality of work

Cons

Little scope for managing work life balance as the company is rapidly growing, can get overwhelmed with the quantity of work.
