Pros

This is an excellent organization for those eager to learn and grow, especially early in their careers. The company’s core mission centers around equipping students with essential life skills, and it offers a wide range of opportunities for meaningful engagement. There's a strong culture of tracking student progress, and preventive counseling is a major focus. With time and demonstrated capability, you'll have the chance to engage in more individual counseling as well. The learning curve is steep but rewarding, and there's continuous support through mentoring and leadership encouragement. The leadership team is approachable, values initiative, and fosters a supportive environment for personal and professional development.

Cons

The volume of reporting and documentation can initially feel overwhelming. Understanding and applying various policies (like POCSO and the Mental Health Act) in context-specific situations requires time and effort. Time management can be a challenge in the beginning, but with experience and guidance, it becomes manageable

Pros

For the 1st timers, it's a well paying job in India The experience you can build here can be helpful

Cons

School require to work on set of things which aren't part of your job requirements. Counselling is the last thing we do. The company doesn't take a stand for you, they agree to whatever the school says to make them happy. Their are no core values, no compensation for overtime, no benefits, and no support.
