Pros
Experienced teachers that know the school well are supportive and friendly. There are very few of those left unfortunately. NQT and non qualified teachers are very welcome.
Cons
Dangerous pupils' behaviour. Very high turnover. Teachers are at risk more often than no. Fights are common, even at Six form level. Teachers have been bruised by stopping fights. However, these teachers are not supported. There is a blaming culture and it is quite toxic. School.finsnit very difficult to recruit even with the new reward policy.
