The product is solid. It brings genuine value to customers, couriers, and restaurants alike. There are still talented, dedicated people with some influence

What was once a promising company driving growth and innovation in the Canadian tech sector has, unfortunately, fallen into a cycle of absentee leadership and nepotism Internal leaders spend more energy and effort on self-preservation and finger pointing than they do learning about or developing the business At this point there's nothing but sycophants and spin doctors left, with maybe 15-20 good people absorbing all the actual work and keeping the lights on Any lip service they pay to caring about the Canadian market and developing Canadian talent went out the window with the recent decision to layoff the majority of the Manitoban team, outsourcing basic task management to Southeast Asia and reducing all other service levels dramatically to save costs

- short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

Cons

- have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
