      Very flexible - the culture is fun. Great work-life balance . Management encourages growth and development. Forward thinking. Great products, innovation, and independent work environment. Pizza Friday and birthday cake monthly is great. Quarterly outings and department lunches and outings encouraged.

      Cons

      Growing fast and space limited but expansion on the horizon.

      The discount and you get to be innovative.

      Cons

      No matter how much work or extra roles you take on, it will never be enough to management. Communication is awful between departments.
