      - The only benefit is some of the great people that are still left at Skipton.

      Cons

      - Toxic management culture. - Yet again, more redundancies. - Egotistical CEO who doesn't appreciate any work completed by staff, despite yet again record profits.

      Pros

      Recognition and Rewards, Small Teams, Management value you, You get to visit the head office (usually a bonus and a pay rise each year too!!!)

      Cons

      I dont think their is any, great place to work!Lots of oppurtunites to progress.
