Pros

The founders and managers were very respectful and supportive even though I wasn't the strongest developer and I was still learning on the job. They took the time to help me to get my job done when I faced challenges and had difficult questions. I always had strong support and really appreciated it because I hadn't experienced that in my previous jobs. The culture and environment got the best out of me and I learned many new skills. There is a lot of autonomy and I felt pretty challenged. It is a small company so you get the opportunity to see many sides of the business. In summary, I had a great time at SkyCiv where I was allowed to learn and develop new skills that I will use for the rest of my career.

Cons

Remote work can be isolating sometimes. There is a strong focus on product development so other facets of HR can be lacking compared to larger companies.

Pros

_ Team culture: The biggest strength. A diverse, friendly and respectful team environment. Great opportunity to work with colleagues across the world. _ Hands-on experience: Plenty of opportunities to take initiative, experiment and build skills across multiple areas. If you're adaptable and self-driven, you'll find a lot to learn here. _ Flexibility: Flexible working arrangements and remote options are available.

Cons

Processes, timelines and ownership could be more clearly defined to support coordination across teams.

Pros

Great remote work setup that gives you flexibility and balance The founders really trust you to take ownership of your projects — your ideas and input actually matter You can earn incentives when working on special projects A diverse and supportive team where you get to work with people from different countries and backgrounds Being part of a small team gives you the chance to experience a wide range of work — from customer support and creating blog or video content to software demos, client meetings, development, helping colleagues, and even planning the product roadmap.

Cons

Working with teammates across different time zones can sometimes slow down progress of your work. Since the team is small, resources are limited — usually only one or two people handle a project, which can be a bit tiring at times.
