company's vision is good that might be good if you want to be in blockchain.

very big cons is salary they did not provide salary for months for internship and contract role. for fulltime i think they pays. another cons is most of worker are there is knowledgeable but there is one or 2 people who don't have knowledge i tell you he review my code and ask to delete comment line code so performance will improve LOL. and after that he did not get back to me for weeks after that he gave negative review about me remember i have done that task on time but he review after weeks so he ask cto that i was not on time. although cto wants me to hire but... so i'll suggest u if you have any good offer which will pay u go there only don't get into trap of this unpaid role. first clarify about salary.. these was my suggestion.

It's a cool business concept

Was 'hired' through a very short and simple interview. The 'internship' was a bit of a joke, I was given tasks every two weeks or so. This went on for around 1-2 months. I don't think anything i was doing was truly contributing to the company. I got tasked to work on a project with a fellow intern and managed to finish it before the due date. I asked to review the work and never got an answer, still do this day, 4 months later. I don't know what happened to the company but if you're looking for a serious job or internship, Skytrade is definitely not for you. The whole company seems like a scam and its hard to believe there's actually any work put into it. But then again, some factors could have made the communication a bit poor, and if they weren't able to handle the unpaid work some people put in, they shouldn't have advertised this internship position, as I wouldn't even call it an internship or an experience of any sort.
