Pros
- Only 100% US owned pure play foundry making it an attraction for Government funded projects. - Really good work culture. Across different levels, people I work with are nice and willing to help - A lot of people here are long-timers, meaning the company rewards retention well. - Company is definitely aiming to grow with new sites opening in Florida and Indiana - Regular employee events/activities to keep morale up and foster togetherness
Cons
- still a 200mm fab which means certain tool have really old technology and negligible support. - there appears to be a disconnect between upper level management and floor techs/operators. I often hear from the floor that their issues/concerns never get heard.
