Pros

-A VERY flexible schedule allows for it to be worked into your daily class schedule.
-Their leader is very ambitious and inspiring, he is likely to succeed in his endeavors.
Cons
-It can be too quiet at times (though headphones and music fix this)
-The more technical parts of the internship are done by the experienced workers, or interns, so it's difficult to break in.
-The regular employees have plenty of work to get done so some assignments may take some time to complete when other's are involved.
