Great Diagnostic company rooted in Science - Marketing SkylineDx Employee Review

This company is very passionate about the science it produces and the quality of results it gives to it's clients. It also highly values it's workforce by actively listening to the needs of it's employees, and providing them with the tools and assets to be successful.

The company is still in a start-up setting so there are day to day challenges in that regard. There is also some cultural differences (due to being a Dutch company), so there is a slight learning curve on how things operate, but management is very aware cultural differences exist and is constantly listening to feedback.

Lots of work from home and down time, free lunches.

Management has no experience bringing a product to market, and it really shows. A lot of unqualified people are put in management positions that have no real abilities to lead or manage people. As a result, the culture is extremely toxic, and any dissent is met with retaliation.
