SkylineDx is a great small diagnostics company with big goals. The company is rooted in science which is really refreshing. The benefits are amazing and the company gives some roles the ability to work from home. Since we are a small team, there are opportunities for growth and upward momentum. If you are passionate about healthcare and diagnostics this company is a great place to be.

Since we are a small team it comes with its challenges. Some roles have to take on responsibilities outside of their scope and some processes are still very manual. In addition, communication across teams and from management can be fragmented.

This company is very passionate about the science it produces and the quality of results it gives to it's clients. It also highly values it's workforce by actively listening to the needs of it's employees, and providing them with the tools and assets to be successful.

The company is still in a start-up setting so there are day to day challenges in that regard. There is also some cultural differences (due to being a Dutch company), so there is a slight learning curve on how things operate, but management is very aware cultural differences exist and is constantly listening to feedback.
