Pros
Insanely flat hierarchy, atleast one of the owners will be challenging you to a game of pool or pingpong every now and then. Great office vibes with possibility to sit isolated from the open office if needed. Something fun (Skymill Chill) at least once a month. Good pension and insurance Good healthcare
Cons
Long time between assignments some times. Small company = a bit on the low side when it comes to salary. Relatively young company, thus not alot of processes in place yet. Very busy management, which at times can be quite frustrating
