Pros
This is one of the rare companies in which incompetence and lack of qualification is rewarded. While nearly all of the competition regards not having a degree, having an unverifiable degree, or ASET/ BSET/BSEET degree as qualifications for technicians or engineering assistants, the Woburn location seems to have no such requirements. If you possess such a degree, this is your very rare chance to hold the title of 'Engineer' and even hold an engineering management (aka Technical Director) position. If you are a completely incompetent engineer with a degree from a third or fourth tier university, this is also an excellent place for you.
Cons
HR is delusional. They are in their own world and tend to attract and retain absolute garbage. Engineering projects are strictly based upon the requirements or requests of a key customer (very reactive-- marketing doesn't exist here) and are almost always the same old junk in a new package or a simple derivative of a 20 year old 3 terminal device. This is a great place for people with no talent, no degree, no skills, since even vegetation is capable of eventually hacking an old 3 transistor device into a 'new product', given enough time and money (though qualified individuals can achieve similar results in 5% of the time, if they were willing to work here).
