Pros
a lot of nice people to work with, tools tech and engineers are as stress out as operators but they're willing to help you fix an error before you make a mistake and lose your job over scrap lot.
Cons
operators are responsible to learn every tool available to ensure job security and learn both Bi-Fet and pHEMT. Their way of motivating to get a product out is " getting blasted" .
