Pros
Office and location is nice. Some very friendly people
Cons
Very strange work culture. Value is based more on the appearance of looking busy, rather than your efficiency in your work and your delivery. You have to be shouting a lot about what you are doing or it will probably not be recognised. Even one of the quarterly KPIs to receive your bonus was how many times you posted on LinkedIn and the reactions it would get. Very strange KPI to have for the entire team as we are not the marketing function. Leadership also has a severe lack of respect for your annual leave. If you take 2 weeks of annual leave in one month, you are expected to work double time for the other 2 weeks. 50 hours x 2 = 100 hours ie. you need to work 100 hours per week for the other 2 weeks in that month. Slalom definitely does not pay at the level required to be asking you to do this. I did hear from some people here that they had better work/life balance at Slalom than their previous company, but they were coming from Accenture which is known for this problem too.
