      Pros

      Loved working with all of my project teams and I had great management too! I was given the opportunity to stretch and grow as an engineer without feeling abandoned. I always felt supported by my teammates and my managers.

      Cons

      There were lots of locations to live and work in a hybrid remote environment post-Covid, but employees were not permitted to work in a specific list of states due to business requirements. Due to this alone, I had to leave the company when my family relocated to one of the states on that list.

      Pros

      -Work life balance -Supportive co-workers and leadership -Remote flexibility -Great benefits -Opportunities to learn and grow

      Cons

      -Started to take a turn in 2024 with layoffs - becoming like a lot of other consulting companies -Got rid of a lot of perks/get togethers, etc. which is understandable given how the market went, but they really started tightening budgets which meant no bonuses/salary raises for a while

      Amazing work/life balance with a great company culture.

      Base Salary is lower than most companies but besides that, nothing bad to say.
