      Pros

      Good people Decent amount of project work

      Cons

      Company culture taken a hit since lay offs and poor tech market in 2023. Team days are not expensed (less team days to begin with). Hiring isnt near the same rate as people leaving so the team can get over extended managing more work with less people.

      -Work life balance -Supportive co-workers and leadership -Remote flexibility -Great benefits -Opportunities to learn and grow

      Cons

      -Started to take a turn in 2024 with layoffs - becoming like a lot of other consulting companies -Got rid of a lot of perks/get togethers, etc. which is understandable given how the market went, but they really started tightening budgets which meant no bonuses/salary raises for a while

      Base Salary is lower than most companies but besides that, nothing bad to say.
