Great work-life balance and supportive colleagues, but unclear changes - Consultant Slalom Employee Review

I enjoy working at Slalom because they have great work life balance, I've met so many intelligent and kind people that have become good friends of mine. I've had many coworkers and mentors that are super supportive and empower me in making the right career choices based on what I'm wanting to achieve and where I'm wanting to grow. There's also a lot of opportunities to which someone can grow their careers and develop their experience and skillset.
