I think Slalom is a really great place to go when you are coming in at a higher level, further along in your career and looking to settle down in a stable position. If you are new in your career, as much as they would like to grow their people, they are not in a position to give the time to new folks. There has been so much turn over in the last 3 years, unfortunately that took out a lot of the quality of people we did have and changed the culture at the company. Our core values are incredible but when push comes to shove, it's not people first - which I understand. All I'm saying is maybe don't work here as your first job.
