      Laid back work environment with team lunches and outings, opportunity to work on your own timeline/schedule, and flexibility. Can learn as much or as little as you want, and work with a variety of different industries to broaden knowledge. Management listens to issues and responds quickly

      N/A - If I had to be picky, workload can vary based on times of the year, and pay is a little low based on industry average but they're actively working to increase this
