If you value your sanity PLEASE do not work here. They will absolutely accuse you of things you are not doing when their phone systems are terrible. I was a victim to this. I have had known issues with their ring central systems and I was blamed for avoiding phone calls. Never felt so targeted by a job ever. I.T Department had seen the issue live and documented it and I was still blamed by upper management for their faulty systems. Their security procedures that verify participants are inaccurate and lengthy which makes participants angry. (rightfully) when calling in, and participants have already verified their personal information they are asked additional questions that don’t pertain to them and if they get those questions wrong we cannot take the call. If you drop a call, be prepared to get accused of call avoidance! Adherence procedures are terrible. You have to be clocked in on the minute to the minute and if you aren’t you are docked on your adherence. You will have meetings twice a month where they review calls with you on camera and critique every little thing you say. I was docked for clearing my throat very quietly and saying excuse me. Extremely high pressured job. They will watch your every move. I quit this job and ever since my anxiety level has decreased majorly. Was the best move for my health. Their fees for participants are absolutely awful and the distribution process is an absolute nightmare leading phone calls to be hostel between you and the participants. Participants hardly ever get their distribution in a timely manner. I am going through this now with my own distribution.
