Pros

The location of the office isn’t bad, but very strict attendance policy like you’re in kindergarten. Timed lunches

Cons

- The CEO runs the company with a “my way or the highway” mentality. There’s no room for collaboration or flexibility. Feedback is dismissed, and decisions are often made impulsively without consideration for long-term impact. - Turnover is extreme — employees quit within days or weeks, and few last more than a couple of months. At one point, turnover exceeded 300%. - The hiring process is questionable. The CEO consistently prioritizes appearance over qualifications, resulting in an inexperienced team expected to deliver at an expert level without proper guidance or resources. - Employees are often blamed for the CEO’s lack of foresight or planning. There is little to no accountability at the leadership level. - Financial transparency is nonexistent. Internal numbers are manipulated to present false narratives of growth and success. In reality, the business is operating in the red. The CEO doesn’t understand basic financials or how to read an Excel spreadsheet, yet insists on micromanaging every aspect of the business. - The work culture is incredibly toxic. Leadership is condescending, dismissive, and at times openly rude. Morale is consistently low, and burnout is common. - There is no real training, structure, or support — just unrealistic expectations and constant pressure to perform with little recognition or reward.

Great growth opportunity in a rapidly growing company. Collaborative culture amongst all the departments.

Cons

Busy months get crazy but if you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, you'll enjoy it.

Pros

- Extremely fast-paced learning environment. You get exposure to real business decisions early—marketing, ops, finance—not just siloed tasks. - High ownership. If you want responsibility, you’ll get it quickly. There’s no waiting 2–3 years to “earn” a seat at the table. - Direct access to leadership. The founder is involved, which means decisions get made fast and feedback is immediate. - Strong team of people who are actually building something, not just maintaining it. The people who stick around are sharp and execution-focused. - You will grow quickly if you can handle pressure and accountability.

Cons

- Not a corporate environment. There isn’t a perfectly built structure or playbook—you’re expected to help create it. - High expectations and pace can feel intense, especially if you’re early in your career or coming from a slower company. - Feedback is direct and sometimes blunt. If you need a lot of hand-holding or validation, this will feel uncomfortable. - Priorities can shift quickly as the business evolves. That’s the reality of a growing company, but it’s not for everyone. - Accountability is real—performance matters, and not everyone is the right fit long-term.
