Incredible Talent: I am lucky to work with some of the smartest men and women. They are brilliant at what they do, and being around them makes me want to be better every day. Genuine Culture: Slice actually lives out its "People-First" values. It is a culture where I feel I can wholeheartedly thrive rather than just getting through the workday. Supportive Environment: Everyone on the team is so available and willing to help. You never feel like you are on an island, even when things are busy.

The Goal for Growth: My only real "complaint" is that I want them to grow even faster. I would love to see the company get big enough to bring all of our amazing contractors on as full-time employees because the team we have is just that good. Fast Pace: Because we are a team of high achievers, things move quickly. You have to be ready to jump in and stay engaged.

The team you work with really is the best team around. The support in not only professional but personal life is something I never thought I’d experience at a company. Every works together to resolve any issues and we make sure we all are working towards the same goals. I appreciate everyone here!

It is fast pace agency life which can be overwhelming. There are times when the processes aren’t exactly followed by everyone but that’s something that is being remedied
