Pros
Free salad. Some of the equipment wasn't broken.
Cons
- Pay incorrect salaries (I had to put in a lot of effort to get them to pay me for the hours I worked. They blamed my agency) - No Communication. I would show up and find out they've changed my schedule, even reducing hours, without informing me. This ended up costing me a lot of time, and it made working there confusing and frustrating. (This was also my agency's fault according to management) - I sometimes found my team lead hiding behind the aisles, spying with this intense glare in his eyes. (Not a huge con, it was kind of funny. I think his leadership philosophy is based on how a serial killer stalk his prey, let's just say he brought the creepy to the table) - No accountability. As previously mentioned there was issues, but everything was always someone else's fault, I'm willing to bet that if the team lead slipped in a puddle of milk he would clench his fist and scream "Agency! It's the agency's fault!". Jokes aside, there was talk of some serious injuries occurring, and they of course blamed their employees... So, yay. - Unsafe work environment. And they have no intention to fix it.
