The owners and management are struggling to keep the company alive, while simultaneously repeating the same mistakes and not listening to the talented employees they've hired. At one point they had so many experts in their field, yet never took any advice from the people who were there to grow their company. They then wonder how they got to the place their in now. They talk a lot about the culture they want to have, but they can't get out of their own way and treat employees with respect. Incredibly disappointed in this company that had so much potential.
