Compared to my experience at Meta, this role offers a more hands-on environment, giving me clearer visibility into the impact of my contributions. Overall, it’s been a great environment to take ownership, grow quickly, and contribute in a way that feels aligned with the company’s direction.

Working here truly feels like a dream job. Being remote, you're given the comfort of home, while still having opportunities to travel to shows, where you get to meet interesting people and connect in person with your team. Leadership is incredibly supportive without being overbearing. There’s no micromanaging, which makes a huge difference in my day to day productivity and morale. The team is truly amazing!! Everyone is supportive, helpful, and kind to one another. There’s also plenty of opportunity and room to grow here which makes work exciting . The company runs the shows with excellence and it gives you confidence and pride in what you are a part of.
