Pros
Free breakfast and lunch on Fridays, and you can move up the chain pretty quick (but usually only if you're buddy-buddy or messing around w management) good bonuses, but also based on favoritism sadly. benefits were alright but not the best. I worked way too hard for this terrible place.
Cons
Everyone there dates each other. Constant favoritism, Micromanaging consistently. They literally breathe down your neck until its collected condensation. If you go to the bathroom for longer than 3 min, people were searching for you. People don't work as a team at all, and don't care about their clients. Adjusters don't help others out when someone is out of office. Cheap and will lowball anyone anyway they can. They will give out the lowest possible pricing on claims, or put a remaned torn up part in a new foreign car. Literally do not care about helping the customer, and will even give clients less for their repairs based on the repair facility that calls in. it would make me sad trying to help a client and being told to give them lowest price or find any reason to deny the claim. They are not empathetic and even HR is based on favoritism. They don't pay that great. No one ever tries to help you improve on things with constructive criticism but rather will put you down for making mistakes or come to your desk, fire you, and grab your things and toss them in a box never to let you inside again. They will embarrass you and call you out in front of the entire office. One time I LITERALLY got yelled at for not being at my desk to help someone else. This place pretends to care about their employees by feeding all of the employees that can barely walk to go get it. The management talks bad about their employees in meetings..... it's like working in a high school drama show in real life.
