Good pay. Great Management. Hard working CSR. Good hours. Great product

No direct deposit. Poor health care plan.

You'll never go hungry while you suffer working for Smart Choice.. They spend money that investors give to the company on Keurig coffee and organic treats and snack bars.

The leaders of the company pretend to value employees "always" but really seem to only value the peers that they share fancy office space next to in Chicago. If you don't believe this review, listen to them on the all hands calls they have where they golf clap each other along but fail to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of the employees doing the hard work. You will work, work, work, work, and just when you think you don't have to work and have a day off, think again, you'll be working (don't forget about working on holidays). If you say an opinion for improvement, don't be surprised if you are the next employee getting canned if the owners of the company are not a fan of your idea or thoughts.
