salary ceiling - if you are already here but your boss, or the upper management, decides to cap the number of employees for upgrade and you are not on the list, no salary increase for you for that year. they say that there are no competition within the team but you need to be on the higher percentage to get that raise
if your mental health is at the verge for a certain reason and cannot do your tasks properly because of it and you ask for a longer leave, they will allow it but will be asking you to do certain work load first.
