Pros

Set your own schedule Work alongside compassionate people Great company culture Career advancement for good employees No income limitations Strong Sales Training Honesty, Integrity, Disciplined Executives Great benefits for regular employees An amazing parent company in NorthStar

Cons

Really no cons if you’re a hard worker and self starter. Have to be disciplined. People who don’t stay are usually just not the right fit but are given good opportunity to try.

Pros

The culture in this company is forward thinking, compassionate, and professional. Working with this team almost a decade gives me a realistic vantage point. The Owners are caring and have great integrity. The Executives care genuinely about the quality of service and the happiness of their team. Make your own schedule, build your own business, no income limitations, bonuses and incentives for top performers, up to date technology - cutting edge in the industry, a service model and plan that practically sells itself it is so packed full with value for the client, a place for top sales and service employees to GROW, Company is expanding and has a strong forecast.

Cons

There are no cons to this Company as it relates to the opportunity they present. Employees that are looking to advance without discipline or self starter personality would find working for this company difficult as it takes a specific skill set and determination to succeed. But that is true for any career, right? :-)
