No value for Hardworking No value for Honesty No value for experience No Money , No Incentives and not even your traveling expenses you will feel sorry for yourself for joining Company run by account department .They will robbed your hard earned money even after your employment get terminated No trust No improvement Good for those who can only praise Run by unprofessional and non experienced people Any one can do any activity ,no experience is needed.
