Pros
-Teammates are approachable, kind, and thoughtful -Everyone is super friendly (after joining, people from different teams reached out to me to let me know they were available for questions/get to know me) -Great culture; this is even apparent from starting virtually through slack games, step challenges, virtual happy hours -Leadership is accessible and wants to hear good ideas. Michael is the CEO and is wonderful, knows everyone's name, takes times to meet new hires -Company is responsible and reasonable in reacting to global climate, very clearly putting employees' comfort first and being flexible -Everyone is super hardworking, so that incentives you to do similarly well -Easy to get to know people and make friends across all levels/team of the company -Recruiting/interview process is fairly rigorous with high standards, but that creates very cohesive blend of personalities, very little office drama
Cons
-It's still a start up, so be prepared to work hard -There can be general pressure/stress from team goals since company is still small and pushing to scale
