The biggest con is its takes time to become an expert in this field. To be a true master of the craft you have to understand what makes a successful advisor. Once you can talk the walk you can walk the walk. I’ve read through these reviews and have watched plenty of employees come and go. And almost every person that has left is a bitter person that wants to blame the company and not their effort. Some of these reviews are the furthest thing from the truth. I started from the ground up, they reward revenue. Period.
I can 100% say that success is driven by the effort of the individual. I’ve seen people make their month in one week and from one deal. There’s not much cons from a job like that. My grandpa always said there’s no such thing as a perfect job. To me this job takes time to develop into a career. If you stick with it, this industry has made more millionaires than any other.
