      Pros

      -Fast paced work environment -Great training

      Cons

      -Team Leads are the only good management there is there. -They treat you like you’re disposable even when you give your all everyday. -They treat you like you are nobody. -No benefits -Poor pay -They let you go for NO REASON and give you NO NOTICE and disregard that you have a family to feed. STAY AWAY. I would give zero stars if i could.

      Pros

      The people at Smart Contact are as good as they come. The family like relaxed atmosphere really helps to contribute to the "no stress" environment. The management makes sure that communication is key with all employees. Ownership echoes these sentiments . I would recommend Smart Contact as a great place to work.

      Cons

      I have not recognized downsides to working at Smart Contact yet. Overall it's a great place to work.
