Pros
Working remotely from home and easy enough to catch on though they only teach you the script not the actual websites you have to deal with while on a call.
Cons
Horrible managers that are sarcastic and won’t respond at all through email messages or phone calls but will be very fast to talk to you if you make a mistake on a call.
Low pay.
They let go of a lot of people for no reason. They told many it was because of low call volume but then trained more people. They hire and fire people with no care in the world.
Questions about your hours, days off, schedule changes, or payroll to keep track of your own hours like they tell you to, they won’t answer.
