The CEO is really open-minded, ambitious, attentive and makes the work rewarding which is genuinely motivating. I simply cannot complaint about him. The HR is thorough, I have never had problem when I was sick or for taking days off. When new decisions or changes are made we are all informed and for any question someone will be in position to provide the answer. Working environment is perhaps the biggest assest and most interesting part both from a work point of view and from a 'material 'point of view. The internationnality aspect is enriching and makes the work really pleasant. The work itself is incredibly motivating compared to my previous experiences at larger companies. We use the best and latest technologies, constantly pushing the limits. We have the means to achieve our ambitions. I strongly recommend this company.
