Work from home 5 days working and rotational offs will be there . Free lunch & snacks Good hygienic canteen & Cafeteria They will provide Holiday pay if you do work on any Indian Festivals. Salary on time. Friendly senior analysts and Quality team is also good
Cons
No job security they can fire you anytime Not a good option for freshers. Very less salary if it's work from office. No growth will be there even if you work for years and years. This experience will never gonna help you in future . Maximum companies are not accepting this experience. Heavy work and target oriented job if you work as an analyst in review operations team. Late logouts because of heavy work load
