- Not to name many. Every company will have growing pains and anything we is below the normal than other companies. - Some employees are left the company very selfishly and spoiled the culture...but i strongly believe good people always think positive and focus on good.

This company gave us more when we joined as fresher without zero knowledge and now i am a self dependent worker and providing more knowledge to the other collegues. People who are looking for a better carrier growth should join this organization to learn more in technologies and on how the company is taking to the next level for the products which they are developing. I would recomad to join this organization with 100% garantiee. Company also provide all employee benifits like, Halth Insurance, PF, food reamzement if we work late and comp off on working extra hours and working on extra days. Company take care of employee reaching home and reimbursement the travel allowance to the employee. This is like a family when you work here.

Just full work as it is a product base company and sometime we have to extend for more hours. Every upcoming companies like product base will have some pressure to work and some extra hours but it is a benefit for the employees and here in this organization, for all employee will get an opportunity to travel onsite and there are no partiality.
