      The company is FANTASTIC! People working at SmartOwner are excellent at problem-solving skills. There are limitless advancement opportunities. You collaborate with some very cool people, and the leadership cares about your development. You may get coaching, but you never get battered or belittled. The pay is good, and the benefits include huge discounts on real estate investments.

      Cons

      Workload. Despite the long hours of work, many SmartOwner employees think the pros outweigh the cons.
