Pros

They provide pretty good benefits, and shortened work weeks and some progressive work policies. There are lots of different areas to be involved in so there is room for lateral movement. If you are willing to wait you may find yourself moving up the ladder. The best places to be are in the administration areas. These places are less demanding and have better options for advancement. The review process and HR are pretty solid. For the most part people are honest about performance and the company has done their best to work with difficult employees. The environment is fun and they do promote work life balance.

Cons

The management team is very "supportive". However there appears to be a real disconnect between what they say and what they do. Money is the real bottom line no matter what happens. There is a lot of religion in the office also. Seems like we have to pray for people a lot if there are personal issues within their families. It is hard to really move up. This is especially true if you are in production or in sales. Production has a lot of migrant workers and they are always causing problems with quality. Staff in either side are made to believe they are not a number when they really are. See the comment about the bottom line.

Pros

Good people to work for and with. Meaning they are nice to you and your workday is pretty much stress free.

Cons

No opportunity to advance if your in sales. If you start in sales you will end in sales. Pays commission only. You are given enough customers to eek out a living barely. To make alot of money you would need to grow your account base beyond what is possible for the average sales rep.A few that have been there a very long time and were given a large base of buying customers combined with a few they have obtained over a decade working there to generate enough revenue to make any real money. Any newbies will be saddled with a small base and a low commission margin. The short of it is its to much work for to little money. You can be a dental sales rep at one of the competitors and earn a base thats equivalent to what you make at this place.
