      Great environment for sharing thoughts and ideas. People are receptive and able and willing to both teach and learn. Leadership team seems adaptive.

      SmartSites has a great support system, where everyone is eager to help one another. The company is very innovative and always comes up with new ways to make the work efficient.

      - The management support is better than any agency I have worked for in the past. - The training structure really prepares you well for the position and sets you up for success - Benefits packages are great - flexible schedule with working from home

      Cons

      - not really anything worth saying. No one is perfect by any means but there aren't any true cons in my opinion.
